Cask version of our crisp, very hoppy and aromatic pale ale. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, it builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit and blueberry.

A refreshing blonde beer, built around the purity of the very spring on which the brewery stands. Brewed with Golden Promise barley malt, Strisselspalt hops from Alsace, and UK-grown Cascade and Chinook hops. It's an easy-drinking beer with floral and citrus aromas, hints of orange zest on the tongue followed by aromatic hop flavours to finish. Hops: WGV/Goldings, Savinjski Goldings, Strisselspalt, First Gold, Cascade and Chinook.

The pale brown to amber medium bodied beer has a strong hop character. It's a bitter but with unconventional warm tones of malt that lingers on the palette, the complex malty flavours gives richness, balanced by the clean hoppy finish. A good session bitter brewed with local British hops picked from the farm seven miles down the road in Worcestershire - Fuggles, Goldings, Challenger and Progress.
